The least that FNB can do to their loyal existing customers, are make them aware, that unlike new clients, you will only receive a phone, but no contract with free minutes and SMS's Perhaps, FNB should spend less on advertising, and try and keep existing customers happy... I was shocked at the amount of complaints on Hello Peter.

I am really disappointed.
