FNB currently has a promotion on the Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. The price for the contract is R299/month for 24 months. For new customers, the price is the same, they receive the phone as well as 100 free anytime minutes, 100 free sms's and 100MB data per month. Plus a R300.00 Samsung Hub Voucher.
For existing clients, only the phone is included, none of the additional value added items, except for a 35% discount on a phone cover and 1GB WiFi connectivity, which by the way is also included in the deal for new customers.
Is it fair that new clients get better deals, than existing loyal clients? I have been with FNB for close on 20 years... and I do not qualify for this deal? I am bitterly dissapointed!
