Offering better deals to new clients VS existing

I have just come off the phone with the smart phone division at FNB, with the news that the galaxy S4 deal with the cellc package is only available to new clientele, and not for existing customer's. Existing customers can only purchase the device for the same price as what the new clients get it for, but without the cellc package, Surely FNB are doing injustice to existing customers by offering superior deals to new customers who have no track record with the bank itself. I am really Disappointed by FNB for not showing loyalty and showing poor attitude towards existing customers.
