FNB Samsung Galaxy S4 - BEWARE!!!

I am an existing client (GOLD). I saw the Samsung S4 offer which looked great - S4 and Cell C contract for R299. I ordered online and was approved quickly, so far so good! When the phone arrived I was surprised not to find the Cell C contract and sim card. After spending more time enquiring, I was informed that existing customers only get the phone and not the cell C contract (same price for existing and new clients but new clients also get a contract thrown in.. unbelievable prejudice against existing clients!) So now I must go and take out another contract in order to get airtime. How ridiculous! I would never have gone for this deal had I known that was the case. How is this fair to loyal FNB customers?

If this is the way FNB treats loyalty then the only option is to close my FNB accounts, maybe one day I will even open them again and also get treated favorably as a new customer at the expense of the loyal existing customers!!! disgusting and also not clearly advertised!!!
