I am interested in a Samsung S4 package that FNB offers. The funny thing is that the promotion that they offer gives existing customers the phone. If you are new to FNB (so if you joined FNB just to get the phone) you get a cell c package (100min, 100sms and 100mb data) as well as a R300 samsung voucher. So, in fact, my loyalty to FNB (considering they have been my bank since I first opened an account) gets me sweet all? How is that fair to their existing clients? They should rather offer packages to existing clients that would make people want to join FNB for the perks anyway. I am very disgruntled with them. They cannot offer something to someone joining just for the perks and not offer it to those who have been loyal to them for 10 years. FNB, please clean your act up a bit. It is understandable that you want to attract new customers, but don't do it at the expense of your existing customers.
