FNB had a promotion on the Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. The price for the contract is R299/month for 24 months. For new customers, the price is the same, they receive the phone as well as 100 free anytime minutes, 100 free sms's and some free data per month. For existing clients, only the phone is included, none of the addition value added items.
I have purchased the deal online on the 30th June and still not received the phone, but would like to have the same benefits as the new customers as this is not fair. I phoned the Clearwater FNB branch on Saturday to confirm the details of the deal, that I would receive the contract, as well as the phone and they confirmed this, and that I should just complete the online application, this is false advertising. And the Cell C Straight Up 100 comes with 1gig of data not 100mb, as advertised by cell c.
Existing clients should receive the same benefit as new clients.
This is totally unfair.
