Hi!
I have noticed that FNB is offering a superior deal on the Samsung Galaxy S4 to new clients as compared to the deal for existing clients at the same exact price.
I consider this a disgraceful attitude to have towards existing customers! If FNB wants to retain their existing clients they must make an effort to do so and not only think about trying to obtain more customers.
I therefore would like to know why must I continue to bank with FNB if such offers are not made available to me.
I can always change to another bank if necessary!
