FNB currently has a promotion on the Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. The price for the contract is R299/month for 24 months. For new customers, the price is the same, they receive the phone as well as 100 free anytime minutes, 100 free sms's and some free data per month. For existing clients, only the phone is included, none of the addition value added items.
Is it fair that new clients get better deals, than existing loyal clients? Should I now cancel my account and reapply for a new account to get the same deal?
FNB is more concerned in getting new clients, than keeping existing clients.
