I applied for a Platinum account a month ago with Absa (online application), I spoke to a consultant for advised what I needed to email. Emailed the documentation a month ago and no one has responded to my emails for telephonic calls. I emailed the [Email Removed] advising I needed feedback on the 20/06/2013 and not even a call or sms to let me know the status of my application.
I have been a client of Absa for the last 15 years I have my home loan with them and this is how you treat a customer. If you don't want me as a client let me know I will move my account from Absa to a bank that is willing to give me service I deserve.
