You have given me no other choice after calling 3 times already!
So I had my online application verified over the phone - was approved for a platinum account.
i got a reference no. But since then I have heard nothing.
I have called absa about 3 times in the past week.
They keep telling me I will be emailed the t's and c's - then will be followed up by the consultant.
To date no email or call.
Last time - the call centre person said they are escalating this to a Team Leader - still nothing
I am an ABSA account holder - just wanted to upgrade my account - verrrry disappointed, .
