Earlier debit two months in a row without notice

For the months of Feb and March debit orders were raised earlier without prior notification. How can a banking institution raise debits on people accounts without notice knowing when their clients pay dates are! Not only does it incure extra bank charges but also reflects badly on ITC. Numerous emails and phone calls and time consuming to get back the back charges from Nedbank for their mistake. This is most ridiculous and time consuming and a huge inconvenience for clients. there is also no standard procedure of dealing with refunds as every incident logged requires different paperwork.
