Bad serive over and over again!!!

A year ago I complained to Absa, again a year later, it seems Absa have not improved their bad service to loyal clients. I'm even amazed I stayed with Absa after their mess up on my home loan application a year ago. I never learn!!!
I was informed on Monday that the house I wanted to purchase has been sold. I was told that another bank, was quicker in giving finance than Absa. Again, I have lost out on a property. I first put in this application with Absa through an agent on the 23rd of June and sent all documents Absa needed and still no feedback. I saw another house on Monday that I would like to put an offer on. I want to know before I waste my time, will Absa assist me urgently with this or NOT? Or will I lose out again for the 3rd time? It seems no one cares even though I have been a loyal customer even after my first home loan mess up by Absa. I get calls from Absa telling me I'm "top 100 client" but what has Absa done for ME!! MORE THAN 2 HOURS LATER AFTER SENDING THIS COMPLAINT THROUGH TO THE CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER AND COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT, NO ONE HAS CALLED OR EMAILED ME TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY COMPLAINT!!! Is this really customer service?
