Did a website application for a Platinum Current ABSA Account - on Wednesday - I received a automated email - to say a consultant will be in touch, however i replied that i have 2 questions in regards to the application. I have received a message on my phone to call the call center. After many frustrated minutes on the phone to ABSA Call center - the agent told me to go into the branch - without even assisting me any further. So much for a online service .. One would think that ABSA would be happy to have a new potential platinum profile client, or maybe not...
