Applied for a loan online on Sat the 22nd June 2013 i signed the contract and was told the money will be in my account in an hours time, i am an existing african bank client and it has never taken this long to process a loan application, sat, sun and now Monday there is nothing in my account i called the branch and i was told its at the assessment centre, employment was confirmed with HR, i called the head office 6 times and was told its with the assessment centre, i called the branch and asked for the guy who assisted he told me it at the head office i must call them i asked for the manager who gave me the same answer, and could not be assisted, my question is why did i sign a contract and get no money what is taking so long?
