Hi
I went to African Bank (Randburg branch) on the 27th Of August 2013 at 10:30 for an EMERGENCYt loan. There i was assisted by a very polite professional gentleman, he informed me that i qualified for a loan and credit card. i accepted the terms and went ahead to initial and sign the paperwork.
Like i said i really needed the loan because of the EMERGENCY i had, its been exactly 6 days since my application and no word from African bank, i have phoned the Customer service centre twice to inquire about the status of the loan, at first i was informed employment has been verified and that its at pay out department and this morning (2/09/2013) i being told they still have to verify with my employer... i mean what must i believe here???
This is not the first time i do business with African Bank, and the service excellence is really deteriorating.
The same professionalism and diligence at branches should be passed on to the staff at Head Office.
I'm really disappointed!
