SLOW RESPONSE AGAIN!!!

I am a current African Bank customer who has never defaulted payments. I made a loan application on 2 January 2014 and was assured by the consultants that funds will be available after 2 hours but to no avail. I tried to make a follow up and then was told that my application has been sent for assessment. I called the Head office to be told the same thing. Repeated inquiry gave me the same response that it is being assessed.

What is frustrating is that we apply loans when we are in need not want and if assessment of the loan takes this long it defies the logic of a personal loan. We really acknowledge assessment as part of the process but it is important that you speed up the process especially to existing customers like us so that we may find the money useful. Like now am not sure when the assessment will be done. And from experience such delays will lead to controversially declining the application like what happened to me last year.

Please advise me on my loan status. It is frustrating to wait for days to be told that it has been declined after signing a pre-agreement form. Please help.
