Good day, I've made numerous phone calls aswel as sent emails to your clientcare department, filled in the call me back on the website etc. but I get no feedback. I phoned again today and once again all the operators were busy - I gave my details to one of the ladies that was unable to help me with my request and she assured me she will get a consultant to phone me back, which just doesn't seem to happen. Can someone please contact me to cancel my policy??? When I applied for the quote the response was quick but know that I want to cancel it nobody calls me back! How long must I still wait??
