Disgusting Service/ Please help me urgently

Hi there I want to African Bank in Braamfontein on the 28/03/2013 to apply for a loan, which I currently do have loans with them. When I got there the consultant who assisted me went on the system and started processing an application for me. Which the system approved for me, That means I qualified for. Was told that the documents will be sent to the head office and the money will be put into my bank account for me. Due to a crisis I had to go to Durban for a funeral once there I kept on calling the consultant who assisted me regarding my loan. All I was told that she is waiting on the head office to get back to her. I kept on calling and all I got was waiting on the head office to get back to me. But in the mean time I was stranded without money to get back to Johannesburg. When I got back to work on the on the 08/04/2013 and went to African Bank in Braamfontein I was told to call the head office as my application eas declined. I called the office and was told that because of my status on the system they have rejected my application. I have a good debit record with African Bank. To my knowledge they should first check our credit status before granting us loan.
