On the 4th of May i went to apply for a loan at african bank carlton centre. i was helped by Koketso she told me i will get a response in 48 hours. on wednesday the 8th i called then i was told there is a problem with my application but will be fixed. when i called on the next day i was told that i have to come back in, i went back in on thursday afternoon i did everthing they asked and i was told to wait for 48 hrs again. Today the 13th of May i called then i was told to wait again because the application is at head office.
i am confused on why do african bank treat their clients like that. out of all the banks i had choose to go to african bank and get such a treatment. i feel like i applied to be given a free loan but its business i am giving them.
Management really needs to look into the way their employees do their duties at this branch.
when people apply for a small loan it is for a particular purpose and time is if necessity.
