Cell phone deal only applies to ne custome

FNB is offering new Smartphone deals and I jumped at the opportunity to go online and order one. I called the relevant call centre to explain they would not b-able to get hold of me because I would be out of the country. the agent went on to explain that the deal does not apply to existing customers we can only get the phone and nothing else. the free minutes etc. would only apply for new customers. I questioned this by asking so are you saying that as a long term FNB customer whom FNB have made quite a-bit of money from thus far, cannot get this deal but a new customer can? she answered that the deal sorry. SERIOULY FNB from all your fantastic clever innovative ideas that capture our imagination you market this??? I used to be proud to bank with you but I am seriously disappointed
