I have just ended a call with the Smartphone Division at FNB regarding the Samsung Galaxy S4 deal including the CellC contract. Only to be told that I am not eligible for the offer due to being a existing customer, how clever is it to reward your new customers and alienate your existing customers. I have been a FNB Customer since being a student, and to be honest I used to love my bank. However recently FNB seems to the banking giant who is only interested in acquiring new customers and forgetting those who have supported them in the past. I must thank your marketing department for coming up with this idea that new customers will sustain your business, but what about the old ones who have been there during the growing years? I must admit it is becoming increasingly difficult to regard FNB as a bank I once regarded as the best in the business, I applaud all your advancements but look back at the people who helped you get there and give them equal opportunity as those shiny bright customers coming in from the cold. I ask you FNB why am I being marginalised and disadvantaged for being a existing, loyal customer to your company, and why am I not being given the same deal as new customers
