Online Device application Disaste

Early June we went to open account for my wife at DOT Fnb Centurion, We were told to apply for device we would need to login online to her account to apply online for the device deal. We did that on 20th of June. We then notified that the application has been declined. My wife phoned FNB to find out why. They told her that her permanent residence has expired, which was incorrect, as they discovered that they made a mistake on her account by specifying a wrong Expiry date on her account, as well they would need 6 months bank statements. My wife went in to branch to rectify the Date, & emailed the relevant person her 6 months bank statements in order to complete the validation process.2 WEEKS later, validation has still not been verified. After numerous phone calls, we were told by the branch that the validation has been done, but know we have no idea how to proceed with the device application. As result we have now missed the deadline of 30 June for the deal that we wanted, despite branch manager ensured us we will get the deal. We phoned deal applications today and were told we will only be able to re-apply 31 days. "How can we help you? "... Well you clearly cannot. Given up
