Absa is dictating me to use their insurancce

Absa send me text message, they have made up their minds to debit me for car insurance without calling me to find out whether I have insured or not. I am happily insured with OUTSURANCE and I'm not ready to use theirs. Since I received their text message I tried to call them several times but their call center is for ever busy, I then sent them email to the very same email address they provided in the text, but with their arrogance they decided to ignore the email I sent, and billed me for their insurance. I thinking it's in their best interest to make things difficult for customers to reach them, so that they can do what please them, and this time they proved me that they can. All I'm asking Absa is their communication channel which is effective and working well. And I want my money back, they have disorganized me and my accounts are returning unpaid because of Absa. I am absurd and frustrated.
