POOR POOR POOR SERVICE

I was involved in a car accident on the 23rd of May, I tried to get hold of my Insurance on the accident scene for more than an hour holding on forever. Wendy from Auto and General assigned to my claim didn't know what was going on with my car after two weeks already and was very difficult to get a hold of too. When I finally spoke to someone regarding my car I was told they are going to right off my car that only has about R40000 worth of damage and the car is worth R180000. I asked to speak to the accessor and begged and pleaded not to right my car off for I am paralysed has two kids and a wife who can not drive. He agreed to help me and was the only one responding to my calls and cry for help. After now being a month I was told my car is at Galliga Panelbeaters in Midrand. I went there only to find that my car is not there and was wrongfully sent to Vereeniging. And my access was only R3500 from day one when I spoke to Auto and General {Wendy} I was told my access is R8700 which went up last year due to the company suffering hail damage which is totally unacceptable for I have not even been notified of it. Its money I do not have for we also just had a baby on the 12th of May.
