1.I was involve in the car accident on 24.11.13. My claim was assigned to Gomotso whom I never get hold of on the number she provided me with.
2.From the date of the accident, my car has not been started to be fixed since and its more than a month now. The excuse that I get from Auto and General is that 'the panel beaters were closing. The panel beater closed on the 20.12.13, a month from the date of the accident. I believe the insurance took longer to arrange for the car to be fixed. I was given a rental car of 30 days, as per contract. I received the car on the 04.12.13 and now I must take it back on the 04.01.14. In the meantime I don't have any form of transport to go to work. The advice that was provided to me is to pay with my own pocket, of which I can't afford as I am expected to pay an access of R 10800.00 for the car.
3.Recently I received an email that my premiums are increasing from R891.00 to R1275.47 (Access of R 7800.00) Reason be, they told me the info that I provided was that my license was 5yrs old, of which it's not true.
