Hello Peter,
I had a slightly accident on the 26th December 2012. I am insured with AUTO&GENERAL, i reported the accident within 24hrs. My car was towed on the following day.
Amazingly enough it was not a bad accident because i could still drive the car. the problem is with the radiator, and the underneath covers, but until today i am still waiting for my car.
no one is updating me on how far they are with the repairs.
