Vehicle accident Third party recovery claim

My vehicle was in accident 0n 2 October 2012, I registered the case with the police in the same week. Contact Auto General to put a claim in and the matter was handled with speedy results. Once i heard the feedback I withdraw the claim as it was the other person that bumped me. I decided to withdraw the claim as I realized it will affect my profile and that I must pay the Access. Then Auto and General referred me to the Legal recoveries department and within 5 days I got response via email to what is required of for them to claim from the Third party. I gave them all the details within one week and mail it to them the first week of November. I have been liaising with Katie Khuzwayo. I never heard from her again and n after for two weeks I phoned Auto & General and they referred me to Mr Hlubi. M. Mehlomakhulu. December 2012 Hlubi had taken over and I emailed him everything he required to continue. Almost three months later my car is not fixed. What killed me the most that he had access to all the information needed to get hold of the insurance yet whenever you phone him he had an excuse and yet the same day I phoned, I get hold of the people. Please help, pretty please.
