Auto & General is the worst insurance company i have ever encountered and i don't regret the day i cancelled my insurance with them and nothing has changed.
My car was involved in an accident with their client and i took it to their assessment centre in Century City on Tuesday 20th August after having to call them numerous times and hold for more than 20minutes. After the assessment i did not receive a call to say how far is the process for my car to be fixed except for an email that says they have received a claim.
I called again the on a friday to check how far is my claim and was told a consultant will call me and nothing happened, i called again on Monday 26th and was told the consultant who was handling my case is not at work but my file will be given to a manager for approval and will be called back.
Today at 12:08 a consultant calls and asks me where are my documents after having emailed them my documents, its almost two weeks since the accident happened and each time i have to call Auto and General to get feedback on my claim against their client and deal with incompetent and consultants with an attitude and had to return the favor today.
