Extremely Poor Service/Tardiness by Auto&General

I have been battling with AUTO&GENERAL, since Feb trying to sort out my claim.

They wanted to repair my bumper, but i have been to other panelbeaters and they advised me that it should be replaced. As it it a new car i wanted it replaced, but AUTO&GENERAL would not have it.

So i fought this with Kabimba Njungu and Sandiswa and eventually got them to reassess the car. With my reassessment. Dan Daniels asked for a second opinion from Mpho and he advised my bumper should be replaced.

After this i told AUTO&GENERAL this and they took ages to resend the authorisation to the assessors and new quote to me. I requested the new quotes numerous times and did not recieve it untill recently. Also all this time I the customer was continuously contacting AUTO&GENERAL, they hardly contacted me and whenever i request to speak to a manager, they are either unavailable or not in.

Initially i wanted to use my own repairer but AUTO&GENERAL gave me uphill again. To make matters worse they wanted to send my car to Automagic, which are NOT VW approved panelbeaters!

I have spoken to Neresa Naidoo on the 7May to sort out my problem, but im still awaiting a reply to my email.
