On the 11 /02/2013 I was involved in an accident between Colenso and Ladysmith.auto n general had my car towed to Jaydons panelbeaters in Ladysmith.[I mentioned to auto n gen at the time that Jaydons was not a reputable panel beater].I was told that jaydons is who they deal with.i have contacted them several times and they do not call back, i have also complained to auto and gen about jaydons but it seems to be of no help, i have been promised my car since 10th march2013 and every time i call to take delivery i am promised the ffg friday, now my husband chekd on the car and was told that there were major damages under (how did the accessor access my vehicle???), i clearly mentioned to them that my car was damaged mechanically due to the rock, they assured that it is their duty to do a all round check and now jaydons says its not ready, i am geting pathetic service from jaydons and auto and general, daily i have to find other means of transport which is very costly, i would not recommend auto and gen jaydons to anyone, i was not given a courtesy car either, tired of waiting, i would be grateful if immediate action is taken because i am tired of hearing SORRY that doesnt solve my problem.
