Vehicle Accident Claim

My car was damaged by hail 28th November 2013. A consultant from Auto and General, Kholofelo arranged for the car to be towed to the panel beaters recommended by Auto and General, and a courtesy car was authorized from the 29th November for 30days. I followed up the next week on the progress and was informed that there was no authorization for the repairs yet and a consultant will get hold of me with feedback. I waited another week with no call received from Auto and General. I made numerous calls to Auto and General with no positive feedback, no auth given. On the 18th of December, an authorization was finally sent to the panel beaters for the repairs of my vehicle, i.e. 20 days after the incident. I have less than 10days left to return the courtesy car. I called to enquire about the extention for the courtesy car, as the delay was caused by Auto and General, and again was sent from one consultant to the other before being told to wait for someone to call me. I have also raised the issue with Auto and General complaints department and am still waiting. i use a car daily to go to work. i'm now inconvenienced by the incompetence and lack of consideration by Auto and General
