WHO IS RESPONSIBLE/MISINFORMED & PROMISES NOT KEPT

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHY AM I STILL RECEIVING BILLS FROM ABSA WHEN I HAVE TAKEN A CONSOLIDATION LOAN WITH YOU IN AUGUST 2012?
I called the call centre when I received the September/October statement from ABSA & referred to the branch. Visited Goldman & was attended to by a lady who addressed me in an African language worst of all whilst slouching on the chair and leaning on the desk who then asked me to call the head office & I refused and asked her why was I @ the branch then. She called the head office & I was advised that this would be sorted out. I am not surprised 8 months later I have a balance of R8000.00. WHO IS GOING TO PAY THIS MONEY when I was made to believe that my ABSA account had been fully settled even after I spent my time and money calling & going to the branch nothing has been done.
CAN SOMEONE CALL ME ADN ADVISE OF HOW IS THIS GOING TO BE RESOLVED!
