First National Bank
No sense of urgency

I went to the branch to submit my documents so they verify them on behalf of wesbank. The consultants were very slow and I waited for hours until I left the branch. There was just no sense of urgency. Only two consultants were at their work stations during the peak hours. They looked so exhausted, their body language confirmed that.
My car was not delivered becoz of this stupidity. If the manager was client oriented she/he should have made some means to help push the service in the branch.
I will never bank with such a bank!!!
