KIA-Sandton needs to train consultants on service

I was in a situation where my key was locked in my vehicle on Friday the 21.06.2013.
I called the KIA Branch who had sold my dad the vehicle after i found out that the spare key given to my father was incorrect and they said there was nothing they could do.
I called the call centre and was finally assisted 2 hours later.
The branch has not called to apologise nor find out if i was assisted due to their negligence.
In addition, to add insult to injury, today i went get the the correct key with my father at the branch and the sales consultant who delivered the vehicle had no sense f etiquette, he made us stand while he looked for the key and then when he found the key he had no sense of any accountability.
KIA Service is pathetic, and considering it was a choice to use this vehicle manufacturer i am highly disappointed.
