Slow service and bad service

I was requested by Standard to go into a branch and produce doucuments for Fica requirements. I went into a Standard at the Benmore Mall. Upon my arrival i was requested for my documents and after that I was requested to wait. I waited for a good 15 to 30 min to produce my Fica documents and I was told that there was only one consultant working, which I didnt think should be made a problem of mine as I just needed someone to do the Fica process so that I proceed. Surely to do Fica shouldnt have to take up an hour of my time. I kept on asking if there wasnt any one else who can help me I waited in the line until I decided to leave because I was late for a meeting. No one was really bothered, a consultant came bt she decided to attend to a lady that came after me, there was no sense of rush, there was no sense of urgency. I mean I took my time to go to Standard as they had requested.
