Lack of service and full of empty promises

I was called for a loan application last week Thursday and it was pre- approved on the same day i took the entire required document to the branch. Unfortunately they did not have the cards as they were all finished so i had to go back the next day and she had to verify my work reference. Friday i went and collected my card. Apparently on Saturday she tried to call me to try and bring another payslip, so on Monday i called to find out what was the hold up as they said it 48 hours. I took my payslip on Monday with my work stamp on it. It's now Wednesday and i have not received any communication or feedback but I've signed contracts. I'm not a first time customers but this is the worst service I've received from the bank. If i knew i would have chosen another branch as the Mamelodi branch have no sense of urgency and lack of customer service.
