As an ex employee of FNB Branch Banking, I am deeeply saddened by the below standard service that branch consultants give to clients, this consultants think they own the branch take today for example I was at a branch and could over hear a consultant telling the client that they cant open a bank account for him because he needs to provide them with the registration certificate and MOI from CIPC. which is afrustration because clients are not given MOI upon registration only cor14.3's and if the consultant was to read the companies Act they will see that it is not a requeirement because there is also a notie on CIPC's website regarding the agreement that Fnb has with BASA., FNB try to school your consultants they dont now uch and they dont want to learn and most importanly they frustrate customers
