Capitec is the Worst Bank Eve

I am so sick of the terrible service I get from Capitec. Today, I left @ 13:00 and was at the bank 13:10, because I walked in my lunch time. My husband and I sat there until 13:50, without being assisted at all!!! How is it that a bank only has 3 consultants on duty, during peak hours? This is not the 1st time this has happended to me. They have no problem deducting my money every single month, but when it comes to servicing client's, they are terrible. The branch manager was there watching as if there was nothing wrong! and one of the consultants actually got up and left to go on lunch, while there is still a whole row of client's waiting! Numerous client's left as they are also there in their lunch time. I have never seen such complete disregard for client's, like I saw today. I expect my bank to make time for me and I will be moving all my accounts and details away from Capitec as soon as possible! I have had quite enough of this ridiculous treatment. What I think is most shocking is that all the consultants are grown people, who has been in the working trade for a while but they clearly do not have the faintest idea what "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is!!!
