First Attempt:
DBN Branch informed to call a call centre number 0861504455 .
Only got through to them after a week.
Was informed by JHB Branch that I qualify and need to fill in an application form together with a copy of my ID. This was done on the 31/07/2012 through registered mail. tracking number RD699032524ZA
Was given 0118702000 for further assistance. Not getting through
Progress update failed to contact them from the 31/07/2012 to date.
Also no email contact or any other contact numbers
Still waiting for assistance

Second Attempt:
6 other application throughout 2012.
In order for feedback, the only means of communication is by telephone.
This is not possible to get progress as they do not take your calls after trying call for about a week, you will be luck to just get through to them.
After continuious tracking to date, I've been given different responses. the latest answer was that my statement was ready and was request to give my postal details. After sending postal details, I still havent received my statement.

If not resolved soon, this will lead to legal action will be taken.
