In order for feedback, the only means of communication is by telephone and then you can never get through, if u do then you get put on hold and then after 20 to 30 min they cut u off
the call centre staff are completely useless, rude and unhelpful
they have a website where there is an option for members to get on-line benefit statements? but try register or get a password from them
After continuous attempts to get feed back they still haven't contacted me
seems there are serous issues with this company and should be investigated by SARS and SAP
