This is the feedback I have received directly from Deal Click (after I informed Martinque of all the complaints lodged against them on this site) :
Good Morning Michelle,
We had spoken last week Monday regarding the USB device (s) you had ordered and had been awaiting,
I have since spoken to the postal office questioning where the item is as it shows online that it hasn't moved since the item was accepted at their branch.
Their response was to wait 3 days and if the status hasn't changed I should come and fill in an investigation form.
Friday I filled in the investigation form because as you can see below the items status hasn't changed.
We will be sending you a new parcel containing your USB devise as waiting for the postal office to resolve the matter is going to take a while.
