I have not received ONE statement from Rage. When I had filled out the application, I had put a DEBIT ORDER on my account. Rage did not deduct anything from my account and had put me on the Credit Bureau. When I called Rage, they said that they did not have my debit order details. I requested a copy of the application form which they "couldn't find". I gave them my debit order details and requested to be removed from the Credit Bureau, I even have a letter from them to prove this. I have given Rage my debit order details about 4 times and they just don't bother putting it on their system. I have tried to apply for vehicle finance which was declined, only to find out that it was Rage AGAIN!!! So I asked Rage to email me a statement, only to find that there is an outstanding amount from 12/11/2012. I have not received any communication about this. On 11/11/2012 I had paid the amount which they requested so that I can close my account with Rage. Please put people in a position who can DO their job!!! I am sick and tired of Rage and if this is not sorted out, I will be taking legal action against Rage.
