Homeloan Funds Withdrawal taking more the 15 days

I submitted an application for the FNB Homeloan Pre-paid withdrawal to access extra funds paid into my homeloans account on the 08 Jan 2012. The application was not proceed up until the 17 Jan 2012 despite all the supporting documents requested being submitted. On the 17 Jan the application was processed and the 3 months statement provided was deemed to be unacceptable however I was not notified of this up until I follow up with the bank on the status of the application on the 21 Jan 2012. I then submitted the required bank stamped statement on the 22 Jan 2012 and have since been awaiting an acknowledgement of receipt of the email. The contact person (Thabang Tshabalala) has refused to provide me with his direct contact number and only provided me with an email address, which he does not respond to. I have now being told by the call centre agent to resend the 3 months banks statement to a different email address so that someone else can address the matter. I find the service from FNB team to be pathetic and total disappointing. Despite all my follow-ups the matter still remains unresolved.
