Call Centre agents dont know what they doing, you call 3 times for the same issue, you get 3 different solutions that all dont work. They keep transferring to different branches where there is no answer at all and call drops, they give branch numbers but phones just ring with no answer.

I have funds transferred to my by my employer as travel allowance, email from standard bank for me to confirm details of funds 3 days back, even today 26th funds not cleared, and no communication to me, have sent emails for updates but no reply.

I requested a statement to be printed and stamped and be given to my sister, i wrote a letter with signature and her details and my account details, but not sufficient. Tried sending secure message using foreign number as home telephone number or business telephone number, still no luck.

This is Standard bank, its good bye from me, when i come back, im changing banks..
