No Feedback on application since Oct 2012

Good day. During Oct 2012 we have applied for our late Father's MIBFA Surplus Fund (Deceased), Hendrik Paulse, ID No: 4608185153083. At that stage when I contacted the call centre, the consultant confirmed that our Father does qualify and a application form was sent to me via e-mail. Unfortunately our Mother passed on before our Father, so us, their children submitted the docs. We completed the application exactly as requested. I made hard copies of all the paperwork and posted the certified original documentation to the postal address provided in Marshall Town. Two months thereafter I did a follow up, just to hear that I should email all docs again. The consultant that I spoke to named Vusi received the email. Early this year I've tried to contact the call centre, but it was (still is) really impossible to get hold of a consultant. Again I emailed Vusi, again I had to email all docs. He confirmed that all requested docs were received by MIBFA, but with the Assessors of MIBFA (this was a good 4-5 months back). Kindly we would like to know if any feedbacks are available yet and how to obtain a statement of service on the progress of our application. Thanking you in advance. Regards
