Who says visiting the bank has to be frustrating?

I've always dreaded going to the bank because I'm always frustrated by the long queues and the apathy of the people working there - I don't remember a time I've stepped out of a bank happy.

Yesterday that changed. I was greeted by someone who made sure I didn't stand in a queue for no reason - he sent me to the place I needed to be, even helping me with my bags. when my number was called, quite promptly, 3 different people showed me which desk to go to, where a woman named Colleen was not only friendly, but went the extra mile in explaining AND advising me on all the things I had queried. Not once did I feel like a 'nuisance'. I have never been that satisfied walking out of a bank.

Thank you Capitec Stellenbosch, you guys are excellent.
