Im really not impressed by FNB... i been an fnb client for over 14 years and im seriously considering a change.

FNB are currently offering the new Galaxy S4 for the amount of R299pm plus R6000 worth of extras if you move your business over to them.

This deal comes with 100 free minutes, 100 sms's, 100mb data, 35% off a phone cover, R300 samsung hub voucher, 1gig wifi pm for 24 Months... the whole bells and whistles.

Yet existing FNB clients are offered the exact same Galaxy S4 at the same rate -R299pm, yet you only get 1gig wifi pm for 12 months and 35% off a phone cover.

This is a clear example of how things run at FNB, Once they bring you in they don't offer you much incentive to stay. Yes i know your going to tell me about ebucks and free airtime/petrol but that too comes with its own qualifying requirements.

Infact it seems that for me to get better deals i need to leave FNB and come back at a later stage.

Perhaps FNB should think about offering the better deals to their existing clients, so that non fnb bankers can try use that as a benchmark

no need to respond to my query... your service offering to existing clients like myself, no acc rep will change my opinion
