Rediculous red tape without LOGIC!

I'm living in Thailand and was unable to bring my Home Loan details/book with me.

My request to Absa is simple, " please may I have my Home loan banking details", so that I may deposit money into the account from Thailand?

I sent them the following details to prove I am in fact a legitimate client: A scan of my SA ID Book, a scan of my SA Passport, my last postal address for statements in SA (George), The physical address of the Bonded property.

Their response: We are unable to give you the details for security reasons, call into your closest branch?

So I asked my sister in Pretoria to pop into a branch giving her all the scans once again. They refused to help.

I waited a few weeks and tried again hoping to comminicate with someone with some logic. Again they replied saying I must prove I am in fact the Bond holder? Hello?

I am not trying to take money out, I want to pay in, what possible security risk am I posing here? I have even supplied them with the approx balance (98 000), possible account number 057303301?
