Unable to move my debit order date

In Feb, I got a new job, immediately went to Nedbank branch at Jhb Small street to let them know that my personal loans Debit orders must be moved from the 20th to the 28th, as my new employer will only pay my salary on the 28th. They referred me to a phone and I had a conversation with someone on the phone, and was confident that it was sorted. I then started my new job, come 20th March, the debit orders are debited on my account. Someone from Nedbank then calls me and ask why there's insufficient funds in my account. I tell them I now get paid on the 28th, I also explain I went to the branch to inform them. The person then confirms from the next month, (April) the debit orders will get off on the 28th. Guess what? come April 20th, my account was debited. Again, I get a call and SMSs from Nedbank asking me why I'm not paying on time. Come on Nedbank, this is adversly affecting my credit record as I want to apply for a Home Loan. Please!!
