MIWAY: the DUMBWAY to Insure

I received a phone call on the 19TH of the month from a Miway consultant asking me about my banking details. When I explained to her that I have switched banks over a months ago she said that she can see there was a note made of that. MIWAY - is an insurance company that doesn't give a rat's about their clients, because - she asked me if they must do the debit order on the 19th, that is now, for the month that is already over. I wasn't insured, or aware of it this whole month and now within the last few days they want me to pay the whole amount? No thank you. She also had the audacity to say that they didn't make the detail change because I was late with my switch. That's not what my household insurer OUTSURANCE said. OUTSURANCE has been effective regarding this switch and I have been under complete cover, but with MIWAY their incompetence just became my problem. I take it this means that OUTSURANCE is a better option regarding insurance than MIWAY? I will be looking into doing the old switcheroo with insurance now. Ask yourself: Do I really want an insurance company that should be telling me if I'm not covered by them when I should be covered? They are not the only insurer...
